# CultureRadar

CultureRadar tracks company culture inflection signals in US public companies before those signals are obvious in financial results.

The first coverage universe is intentionally small: enterprise SaaS and semiconductors. These are talent-dense markets with rich public information, regular earnings-call transcripts, and enough employee-review data to observe changes over time.

## What We Look For

CultureRadar does not publish precise culture scores. The product is built around directional, falsifiable observations:

- Improving
- Stable
- Deteriorating

Every public card uses four evidence lines:

1. Key talent flow
2. Employee review trends
3. Management language
4. External red flags

## Why It Exists

Culture is a slow variable. It often changes before financial statements fully show the consequences. Long-term individual investors can benefit from seeing these signals clearly, especially when the underlying work is time-consuming and scattered across LinkedIn, employee reviews, transcripts, and public filings.

## What Makes This Different

Every judgment is timestamped and falsifiable. Each card states:

- The direction of the culture signal
- The evidence behind it
- What to watch next
- The one primary metric that will later judge whether the call was right, wrong, partial, or void

The public judgment tracker keeps the record visible. No retroactive threshold changes.
