## Safer Language

Use these terms instead:

- culture signal
- evidence line
- watch item
- inflection risk
- improving / stable / deteriorating culture signal
- public information review
- investor education
- falsifiable observation
- primary validation metric
- this judgment will be evaluated by

Use this footer on every public card and newsletter:

## Pre-Publish Checklist

Before publishing, confirm:

- No personalized advice appears in the title, body, chart labels, or CTA.
- The card has a timestamp.
- The primary validation metric is objective.
- The threshold and deadline are locked.
- Source links support the evidence.
- The disclaimer is visible.
- The Chinese summary does not add stronger claims than the English version.

## Paid Product Red Lines

Do not launch paid features that include any of the following without legal review:

- "Tell me whether I should own this stock."
- Custom portfolio review.
- Personalized company requests tied to a user's holdings.
- Alerts framed as trade actions.
- Performance claims based on small sample sizes.
